The John West Commemorative Cover is a green vinyl (pvc) folder commemorating the First Issue Australian One Dollar Coin and the Last Issue Australian One Dollar Note.

Inside the cover on the top-side is an uncirculated $1 note slid into a pvc flap, and on the bottom side is an uncirculated $1 coin pressed into cardboard.
