2014 30th Anniversary $1 Coloured Coin

First issued on 14 May 1984, the $1 coin was introduced to replace the readily-damaged $1 note due to its greater durability and lower cost of production. 

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the issue of the first Australian $1 coin, the Royal Australian Mint has produced this special colour uncirculated coin in CuNi in a limited mintage of 30,000.

A true collector coin. And an extremely pretty coin as well.
